Project 52: Adventures of a boy

Week 3:

This is the first year Gordon has been able to enjoy the fall activities.  Last year he slept through most of them and didn’t even get to enjoy cider mill donuts.  So we headed out to Almar Orchards in  Flushing for some organic cider and photos.  I even attempted to replicate shots from last year.

Week 2: There are plenty of nights we rush home, only to have a crabby starving baby.  His favorite spot is sitting in the fridge as I prep and cook dinner.  We spend many nights with him by my feet, getting into cabinets and pulling out pots.

Project 52: Adventures of a boy

Week 1

I just recently took a class by Meredith Novario which has changed my mental processing on how I shoot. If you have a chance to take her class through clickinmoms – she is a wonderful human being and a fantastic teacher. Over the time period of the class I learned to evaluate my own work and see what makes me sing along with creating off those feelings.   The art of story making is definitely a beast of its own especially when it comes to photographs.  In the end we were all asked to dream up a project and make it happen.  I decided to use my Project 52 as an easy and perfect display for my new dreamed up photography project.
